This colourway is inspired by O. avosetta, a type of solitary mason bee which uses layers of flower petals to construct its nest. You'll find a base of beige and powder pink, with splashes of fuchsia, plum, yellow and gold. Sister sets are colourways dyed across two different fibre bases - you will receive 45-50g of each base.
100% shetland, white and moorit

A lovely breed originating from the Shetland Islands at the northernmost tip of the UK. It’s unusually durable compared to wools of a similar fineness, and it’s easier to spin thanks to the even crimp. Great for everyday garments, but maybe not ideal to wear next to sensitive necks!
This listing is for 95g - 45-50g of white shetland and 45-50g of moorit shetland.
This colourway is: repeatable :)
This roving has been hand-dyed using professional acid dyes.
I would recommend that you gently wash your handspun yarn and the items you've crafted from it by hand, with a special wool soak, hand wash detergent, or gentle baby shampoo to avoid felting. However, if felting floats your boat, really give it some welly!
